Troubleshoot
Every failure prints an Error: line on stderr and sets the exit code. Find your line below and run the fix.
Exit codes and the trace id
The exit code is 0 when the command worked, 1 for an error or a refusal, and 130 when you press Ctrl+C during a wait.
$ ignitify run:get run_Qm3TbX8kLw2Z; echo $?Error: API 404: {"error":"not found"}server trace id: 019fdec8-4a1c-7e30-b6d2-9c0f5a7e1b841
Find your error
Every Error: line, what it means and its fix are on the Errors page. Start with the group that matches what you did.
- A refusal that names a limit or your plan: Plan limits, Capability.
- A message before anything ran, such as a missing key or a wrong flag: Before the request is sent.
- A deploy that did not finish: Deploys and builds.
- A command that fails only in a script: Scripts and CI.
